Facility Floor Seals for Sloping Floors
Our exclusive design is widely accepted as the most effective system for preventing migration of fluids and debris between pens in your System. The stainless steel Channel is first mechanically-fastened to your facility floor. The Panels are then set in place with the floor levelers set into the channel. A bead of silicone caulk is run along both sides of the floor channel at the floor. The angled bottom edge of the Seal Strip is positioned to cover the silicone caulk, then mechanically-fastened to the frame of the partition panels. For level floors order two Seal Strips and one Channel for each Partition Panel. For sloped floors, order one right and one left Seal Strip and one Channel for each Partition Panel.
